Bee Green

Our practically famous smoothie the "Bee Green".  A creamy blend of mango, spinach,  apple juice, spirulina, chlorella, local raw honey and bee pollen.   Great way to get your daily greens and a boost of energy.   All of our bee products are from Green Toe Gardens and are locally and sustainably harvested.  Green Toe Gardens products can be purchased at Eastern Market Detroit and the Royal Oak Farmers Market.

Our raw burrito is prepared fresh to order with all house made ingredients.  A fresh collard wrap is stuffed with taco "meat" (nuts/seeds/spices), cashew sour cream, pico de gallo, guacamole and shredded romaine lettuce.  

Zucchini noodle pasta salad special

Given our limited kitchen preparation space (what you see is what you get, we basically have no kitchen!!) we offer a daily special of zucchini noodle pasta salads.  Featuring a special dressing/sauce and an array of fresh vegetables we strive to offer some more variety for our much appreciated regular clientele.  

Magic bars!!!

Cacao Tree features some of the best handmade raw, vegan, gluten-free and soy-free desserts in all of southeastern Michigan.  We are proud that we actually use the highest quality ingredients available and take time and care to ensure you are satisfied with our creations.  Our desserts are primarily composed of coconut products, raw cacao, nuts and handmade sauces and garnishes.  Thank you Zachariah Lang for the development of our most popular dessert "The Magic Bar".

CUPCAKES!!!

To our valued customers and guests, I promise we will have cupcakes again.  This past year has been so busy with our founder Amber, taking on the consulting job of launching the premier Greenspace Cafe in Ferndale.  Now that things are settling back to normal we will be featuring more baked goods in the near future.  Our cupcakes are always made from scratch using mostly organic ingredients and are vegan, GF and free of soy products.  We are also doing some R&D on eliminating all oils, especially palm oil.

This beautiful creation is by our little fairy Jessica who many of you know from her welcoming and beautiful smile!!  This is a zucchini noodle pasta special with arugula pesto, dehydrated garlic walnuts, cucumber, red onion and pea shoots from Garden Works.
